These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the UMI NAILS website and all services, purchases, and custom orders provided by UMI NAILS. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. General Agreement
UMI NAILS specializes in premium handmade press-on nails, including ready-to-wear items and 1V1 private custom bespoke nail services. All products are handmade and customized according to customer preferences. We reserve the right to update website content, product designs, pricing, and service rules without prior notice.
2. Order & Payment Terms
All orders placed on our website are subject to successful payment verification. We accept global mainstream payment methods. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will enter our production queue.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information, size details, and custom requirements. UMI NAILS is not responsible for delays, errors, or delivery failures caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
All displayed prices are final. No hidden fees will be charged during checkout.
3. Custom Order Rules (1V1 Private Custom Nails)
Most UMI NAILS products are handmade custom bespoke items. Custom nails are uniquely produced based on each customer’s nail sizes, design choices, color matching, and personal requests.

Custom orders are final sale. No cancellation, return, or refund is allowed once production has started.

Customers must confirm all details including sizes, styles, lengths, and design requirements before order confirmation.

Minor handmade differences, subtle color variations due to lighting and screen display, and tiny handcraft imperfections are not considered defects.

We offer free remake or full refund only if confirmed production errors or obvious craftsmanship defects occur on our side.

4. Ready-to-Wear Stock Orders
Standard in-stock press-on nails are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days after delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, unmodified, and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our shipping error.
5. Production & Shipping Time
Custom handmade nails require production time of 15-30 business days. Standard stock orders are shipped within 1–5 business days. International shipping requires additional transit time depending on destination country.
Shipping delays caused by customs inspection, weather, logistics emergencies, or global transportation issues are beyond our control. UMI NAILS will not issue refunds for shipping delays.
6. Customs, Duties & International Taxes
All international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. UMI NAILS does not cover customs charges, nor can we alter declared values for customs avoidance.
7. Product Usage & Customer Responsibility
UMI NAILS press-on nails are designed for safe external use only. Any damage caused by improper installation, improper removal, unauthorized modification, or rough usage will not be covered by after-sales service.
We recommend following our official nail application and removal tutorials. Damage caused by personal operation errors is non-refundable.
8. Refund & After-Sales Rules
Defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours after delivery with clear photo or video proof.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Subjective reasons such as personal dislike, unsuitable style, or inconsistent personal expectation are not eligible for refunds on custom orders.
9. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All website designs, texts, photos, handcraft styles, and custom case works are the exclusive intellectual property of UMI NAILS. No copying, reproduction, commercial use, or resale is allowed without official written permission. All handmade designs are protected by copyright laws.
10. Website Usage Rules
Users may not use our website for illegal, fraudulent, or disruptive activities. We reserve the right to cancel orders, restrict access, or refuse service to any user who violates our rules.
11. Policy Updates
UMI NAILS reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
